# Do I need to purchase a lab guide for Biology?

A lab guide is required for Experience Biology (Level C), but you don’t necessarily need to purchase it. The lab guide is provided as a free PDF in the resources section of the parent account. If you’d prefer a hard copy, you can purchase that in [our store.](https://www.intoxicatedonlife.com/store/product/experience-biology-student-lab-guide/)

Please note: you do _not_ need to purchase the lab guide or teacher’s guide that accompanies _The Riot and the Dance_ textbook. Our lab guide specifically corresponds with the course.
